Hello, and thank you so much for being here! My name is Mono Bun, and together with my family, I am proud to welcome you to Phnom Penh Restaurant — a place where every dish is made with love, tradition, and a deep respect for the rich flavors of Cambodia.
At Phnom Penh, we are more than just a restaurant — we are a family. From the kitchen to the dining table, every member of our team plays a role in making your experience special. This is our passion, our heritage, and our home away from home.
Cambodian cuisine is a beautiful harmony of flavors — the herbal freshness reminiscent of Vietnamese cooking, the bold, aromatic spice of Khmer cuisine, all brought together by our signature Kroeung paste. This treasured blend of lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal, turmeric, garlic, shallots, and dried red chilies has been passed down through generations.
