Hello, and thank you so much for being here and supporting our business! My name is Mono Bun. Our family is proud to welcome you to Phnom Penh Restaurant.
Phnom Penh Restaurant is a place where every dish is made with love, tradition, and respect for the delicious flavors of Cambodia. We work together as a family to make sure your dining experience is memorable and special. Our restaurant is a representation of our heritage and our home away from home.
Cambodian cuisine is all about fresh herbs and spices. These ingredients are all brought together by our signature Kroeung paste, which is made with lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal, turmeric, garlic, shallots, and dried red chilies. This recipe has been passed down through generations.
